Monday - Friday:  10am - 8pm
Saturday:  10am - 11am & 12:45pm - 4:15pm
Sunday:  10am - 11am & 12:45pm - 4:15pm

Guidelines

Operating and play guidelines are in place to ensure that all children using the soft play area have a fun and stimulating experience within a safe, hazard free environment.

1. Parents/carers should encourage children to visit the toilet prior to entering the soft play area. If leaving the soft play area to visit the toilet, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. Children who have obvious recent injuries or show signs of being unwell should not be admitted to the facility.
3. Shoes must be removed prior to entering the play area. Socks must be worn by all children.
4. Children should not take toys/objects which may cause injury to themselves or others into the play area, eg, anything made from hard material such as model cars.
5. For safety reasons, belts with large buckles, clothes with neck ties/cords, jewellery, pin badges or watches should not be worn in the play area.
6. It is recommended that children who wear spectacles, remove them prior to entering the play area.
7. No food or drink is allowed in the play area.
8. Accidents of either a physical or personal hygiene nature must be reported to the Duty Manager immediately via Reception.
9. Whilst the play equipment is safe and durable, it will not withstand severe misuse. Climbing on top of the slides and the throwing of balls in the play area must be discouraged.
10. Parents/carers must remain in the vicinity of the play area unless children have been admitted into a supervised session.
11. The use of a camera or recording equipment must be discussed with the Duty Manager prior to entering Jungle World.
