Listed below is a brief description of the fantastic conference rooms we have available at The Pickaquoy Centre.

Arena
This facility can be used for a variety of functions including live music performances, prize givings, weddings and dinner dances.  This flexible space could be just what you are looking for.

Grainayre Room
An ideal room for training sessions and discussion groups.  A connecting door to the lecture theatre means it is a perfect space to use as a breakout room in conjunction with the lecture theatre. 

Lecture Theatre
This luxurious theatre is available for private hire when it is not being used as a cinema.  It offers exceptional comfort, acoustics and decor, and has a seating capacity of 243, ideal for large presentations.  The audience can experience powerpoint presentations on the large screen, and the theatre is equipped with an induction loop for the hearing-impaired and has wheelchair access.

Lochans & Skerries
These two rooms are located next to The Stadium Cafe Bar and may be booked seperately or together.  These two interlocking rooms provide you with the flexibility to meet all your requirements.

Quayside Suite
This suite has been beautifully finished to provide an exceptionally tasteful environment and the facilities make it ideally suitable for small wedding receptions, parties or private functions, as well as workshops, training sessions and much more.

St Magnus Suite
Designed as a boardroom, it provides a very comfortable venue for group meetings, training sessions, AGMs or regular meetings.

The Noust
This well lit, bright room offers excellent views over Kirkwall Harbour and is ideal for small meetings, training sessions, interviews or workshops. 

Adobe Reader

Adobe® Reader® is the tool for opening and using Adobe Portable Document Format [PDFs] that are created in Adobe Acrobat®.
