If you prefer working out in a class environment, then why not sample one of our many Group Fitness Classes in The Exercise Zone.  Whether it's morning, lunch-time or evening we offer a wide selection of classes, to suit even the busiest of lifestyles.

Our fully qualified instructors are on hand to give you expert advice and encouragement throughout your class making sure you are getting the maximum benefit from your workout.

Group Fitness Classes include; BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyBalance, CardioCycle, Step Workout, Cardiosculpt, 50+ Exercise and Hatha Yoga.  The choice is yours!
