Listed below are descriptions on all the classes:

BodyBalance

BodyBalance is a dynamic Yoga-based stretch programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.  It combines the fundamental principles and practices of Yoga, Pilates and Feldenkrais, such as controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training to create a holistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.  Each BodyBalance class consists of a sequential arrangement of poses, stretches and balances.  Different body positions and movements have different effects on the nervous and other body systems, and the correct sequence is essential to create an energised calm in the body and mind. 

BodyCombat

BodyCombat combines powerhouse moves and stances developed from a range of self-defence disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing, Tai Chi and Tae Kwondo into an adrenaline pumping routine. Each workout is empowering, athletic, fresh and exciting and is broken down into 10 routines.  This full body workout is guaranteed to tone and strengthen your arms and legs whilst burning calories.  In addition to improving your cardiovascular fitness, you will also experience improvements in your co-ordination, muscle strength, posture, agility and flexibility. 

BodyPump

BodyPump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspires you to get the results you came for - and fast!  There are a number of benefits from taking part in this programme - it can burn up to 600 calories per class, improve your strength, general fitness, shape and tone your muscles, improve your bone density as well as giving you a sense of achievement. 

CardioCycle

CardioCycle is an awesome indoor cycling workout!  During this 45-minute workout, your instructor will take you over a wide range of terrains including through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.  As well as getting a real intense workout at your own level, you will also increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and tone and shape your legs, hips, butt, increase leg strength and muscular endurance.  Burn up to 600 calories and release endorphins to give you that natural high and leave you feeling fantastic!

Cardiosculpt

A combination of 30 minutes of CardioCycle and 30 minutes of strength and conditioning work.  Great for those wanting cardio and conditioning in one class.

Step Workout

The ultimate step class combining simple yet effective choreography with abdominal work.

50+ Exercise

A safe and effective low impact workout with seating strength work to fun, motivating music.

Yoga

A combination of physical and mental exercises which promote flexibility, reduce stress and increase stamina and strength.

Zumba

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations making this a fantastic dance-based fitness workout.  Zumba is a fun aerobic workout suitable for people of all ages.
