Listed below are some Frequently Answered Questions about the Exercise Zone:

Q: What age can I begin Exercise classes?
A:

You can attend most classes from 14 years. For BodyPump and CardioCycle/Cardiosculpt, you need to be aged 16 or above.

Q: What do I wear to Exercise classes?
A:

Always wear comfortable, supportive training shoes (except for BodyBalance and Yoga where bare feet are required), and cool, comfortable workout gear bearing in mind the type of class you are participating in. For example - shorts and t-shirt/leggings and athletic vest.

Q: How do I book into an Exercise class?
A:

If you are a registered user, contact Reception and book up to 10 days in advance.

Q: Can I attend a class if I am not a member?
A:

Yes, you can pay in person at Reception or pay in full over the telephone with Maestro, Visa, Mastercard etc.

Q: What do I need to bring o an Exercise class?
A:

A water bottle and a small towel will be useful.

Also, If you are new to exercise, recovering from an illness/injury, pregnant or post pregnancy, it is advisable to contact your doctor first and please arrive early to inform your instructor.

Q: How can I pay to use the Fitness & Exercise Zone?
A:

There are a number of options available to suit your circumstances.  You can pay as you go, purchase a saver card for either 10, 25 or 50 visits or alternatively, you can purchase a membership.  Please see our sub menu on memberships or speak to a Fitness Advisor for further details.
