Monday - Friday*, 10am - 10pm
Saturday & Sunday, 10am - 8pm
*Please note that due to essential routine maintenance, the Spa is out of use every Tuesday morning until 12:30pm.

Age Restriction
Please note that users must be 16 years of age to use The Health Zone unsupervised. 
All Health Zone users under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years. 

Family Session
Family Session is on Saturdays and Sundays (12pm - 4pm).  Two children (8 years and over) go FREE with every paying adult!

What To Bring With You...

• Swimwear
• Towel - although we do hire out towels when a receptionist is available
• Footwear - flip flops are useful for walking in the lounge areas
• You might like to bring that favourite book you can't bear to put down, alternatively browse through the many magazines you'll find in the lounge area.
• Any toiletries you may need.
