Here at The Pickaquoy Centre, we take pride in having some of the best facilities available for hire.  Please read these conditions and if there are any points you wish to raise, please do not hesitate to contact the Duty Manager.

• The times requested for your booking period must be strictly adhered to.  When booking facilities, please advise as to what equipment, if any, you will require.
• The Centre provides equipment on the understanding that no liability will be attached to the Centre in the event of non arrival, breakdown or faults arising.
• All equipment provided must be returned in good, clean, working condition.
• Catering is the responsibility of the individual organising the Birthday Party.
• An additional undecorated room is included within the party price for 1 hour either before or after the party, if available.
• The Pickaquoy Centre operates a 24-hour cancellation policy.
• A music system is included in the hire price, however, please bring your own music (CD's).
• Prices are based on one hour of activity, however, more than one hour can be booked.
• Any additional hours booked will be based on multiples of the same price.
• Due to the nature of Jungle World, a ratio of 1 adult : 8 children is required.
• Adult supervision is required for a U, PG and 12A cinema party.
• Bookings can be made up to eight weeks in advance of the party date.
