Are refreshments available at the Phoenix Cinema?
A:
Yes, we have a well stocked shop offering drinks, snacks, confectionary and, of course, ice cream.
Q:
Can my child who is under 12 years attend a 12A certificate film?
A:
Yes provided they are accompanied by a parent/guardian. Responsibility for allowing under 12's to view lies with the accompanying or supervising adult.
Q:
Can I book seats for a film in advance?
A:
Yes, this can be done 10 days prior to the showing however, a membership application form must be completed in advance of the booking. Alternatively, you must pay at the time of booking.
Q:
Can children use the Centre unsupervised?
A:
Yes if they are over 8 years of age. However, please note that children must abide by the terms and conditions relating to the film certification at The New Phoenix Cinema.
